That song was one of my favorites during my college years. Until now, I didn't know that B.O.A was a local band from here in Columbia, SC. Was the song popular in other parts of the country, or only here? They've remastered and re-released their music, available now at the above Bandcamp site.

Apparently there was a different band from Ohio/Boston with the same name active during the same general time period; don't get the Columbia group mixed up with them, as they are not the same.
